Marketing plan

The aim of the marketing plan is the rapid spread of services (in particular the CARE ones) for a strengthening of the market position. A significant activity outside Italy is expected to begin from the second year.

The Marketing & Sales team grows in relation to turnover objectives, specializing more and more in the different geographical areas. The per capita cost of the resources is increasing, needing to select profiles already included in the various museum systems. The marketing plan was divided into 4 steps: brand awareness, engagement, conversion and loyalty.

Table 1 shows the details with the corresponding actions. In general, the idea is to invest in partnerships with sector operators (logistics operators, conservators -restorers, insurers, ...) who are committed to use AEC exclusively for the artwork managed: this way the service will spread quickly, by acquiring easily defensible market shares.
